These Terms of Service govern all purchases made on thefizzart.com. Seller details (SIRET 92844512100017) are listed in our Legal Notice.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Standard shipping is $4.95. Shipping is free on orders over $50. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

RETURNS (30 DAYS)
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The print must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email contact@thefizzart.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. See our full Refund Policy for details.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery. If it hasn't arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, let us know. Either way, we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. No return needed.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
If you are an EU or UK consumer, in addition to our 30-day return policy, you have a legal right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You may cancel your order and return the item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@thefizzart.com within the 14-day period.
