What sizes can I choose, and is it framed?

You pick the size when you order, from a desk-sized print up to a statement piece for your wall. Each size comes as a print only or in a black, white or oak frame, ready to hang.

What are your prints and frames made of?

Your portrait is printed on thick, premium matte paper with rich, long-lasting colors. Framed portraits arrive ready to hang.

What kind of photo works best?

A sharp, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level, showing the whole face and both ears. Natural light is best. If your photo doesn't work, we'll email you and help you pick another one before we start.

How many pets can I have in one portrait?

One pet per portrait, or two side by side with The Duo. We draw dogs, cats, rabbits, horses and most other pets.

How long does it take?

We draw your portrait in 2–3 business days, then print and ship it. Prints usually arrive in 5–7 business days. Want to see it before we print? Add Artwork Preview and we'll email you a proof within 48 hours.
