- 03 Delivered to your door We print it on quality paper and ship it to your door, anywhere in the world. Digital files arrive by email.
Questions, answered
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level, showing the whole face and both ears. Natural light is best. Avoid filters, blur and photos taken from above. If your photo doesn't work, we'll email you and help you pick another one.
Can I add my pet's name?
Yes. Choose “With name” and type it in when you upload your photo. Prefer a cleaner look? Choose “No name”.
How long does it take?
We create your portrait in 2–3 business days, then print and ship it. Prints usually arrive in 5–7 business days. Digital files are emailed as soon as they're ready. Need it sooner? Add Priority Creation when you order.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes, two. Choose The Duo and upload one photo of each pet. Every other portrait features one pet.
Is it framed?
Your choice: a black, white or oak frame, ready to hang, or the print only.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship worldwide, and shipping is free on every portrait. Prints usually arrive in 5–7 business days.
Which animals do you draw?
Dogs and cats most of all, but also rabbits, horses, birds and more. If you can photograph it, we'd love to try.
